This One's for You If: You love floral flavours.
One of our house classics. Makes for an excellent base cocktail as it's easily adaptable - just swap the Blossom Sauce for Ms. Lavender, Babe Sauce, or All Thai'd Up!
Ingredients
- 1.5oz vodka or gin
- 0.5oz Blossom Sauce
- 0.75oz lemon juice
- 2oz soda water
- Lemon Lavender Sugar
Method
Rim your glass with lemon lavender sugar. Add all ingredients except soda into your shaker. Add ice and shake (like you were born to do it!). Strain into your glass and add fresh ice, top with soda, garnish with a citrus wheel, and enjoy! Don’t have what it takes to shake? That’s cool, just build it in a glass!
