Clover Club Cocktail Kit

This kit includes (1) 330ml Raspberry Beret syrup (1) 330ml lemon juice, dehydrated citrus wheels, recipe card. You'll need to get your hands on some eggs whites to complete the package, OR try it with a vegan foamer instead!

This kit and recipe will make 11 cocktails.

Recipe

• 1.5oz gin
• 0.5oz raspberry beret syrup
• 1oz lemon juice
• 0.5oz egg white 

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a citrus wheel & enjoy!
