A classic Penicillin cocktail with some BTS flare! This cocktail is so easy to make and pairs with so many different spirits.
This kit includes (1) 330ml Birds & the Bees syrup (1) 330ml lemon juice, (1) 29ml Shmok'n Choclate bitters, (8) dehydrated lemon wheels, recipe card.
This kit and recipe will make 14 cocktails.
Recipe
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a rocks glass and top with a large ice cube.
Add a lemon wheel for garnish and enjoy!
To level up your cocktail - we add 0.5oz mezcal to get some
smokiness, but typically any peaty scotch will work.
